Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. But because intercontinental shipping costs vary heavily per order, we need to check your order by hand. Please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free to all EU countries including Switzerland and UK. For other regions, we will calculate shipping and send an invoice before shipment. Please see our shipping page for more details.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our collection consists of a combination of in-stock pieces and items that are produced or finished in small batches. When an item is available in our warehouse, delivery within the EU typically takes 2 to 5 business days. For overseas destinations, delivery usually takes 7 to 16 business days. Some pieces may require additional preparation time. In those cases, we will always contact you shortly after placing your order with a more precise delivery indication.

How is my order delivered?
Our standard delivery service includes delivery of your order up to the front door. Please note that this service does not include removal of packaging materials. This applies to all packaging, including any pallets used for the transport of larger or heavier furniture pieces.

For customers who prefer a more comprehensive service, we also offer white glove delivery as an optional upgrade. This can include in-home placement and packaging removal. Please contact us for availability, details, and pricing.

Can I return or exchange a product?
You have the right to return the product within 14 days. Please check our returns page for more details.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure payment gateway, ensuring your personal and financial information is fully protected.

Do you offer warranties on your products?
We stand behind the quality of our collections. Our products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranties are available on select items.

Are the products assembled or do I need to assemble them myself?
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled. Any lighting fixtures or multi-part items include clear instructions for effortless installation.

What materials are used in your furniture and lighting?
We use premium materials, including solid woods, high-quality metals, and luxurious fabrics, chosen for both beauty and durability. Each piece is crafted to the highest standards.

How should I care for my furniture and lighting to ensure longevity?
To maintain your pieces, we recommend regular dusting, gentle cleaning with appropriate materials, and keeping them away from direct sunlight or extreme humidity. Specific care instructions are included with each item.

Can I see the products in person before purchasing?
Currently, a selection of The Grand Collection can be seen in our showroom in Culemborg. We are in the process of building our new showroom in Aalsmeer (near Amsterdam).
