1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all use of the website and services operated by The Grand Collection B.V., located at Aalsmeerderweg 47-K, 1432 CG Aalsmeer, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 90435664 and VAT number NL188140979B02 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Applicability
2.1 These Terms apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries between us and consumers.
2.2 Deviations from these Terms are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Products and Product Information
3.1 We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However, images, colours, dimensions and finishes may vary depending on screen settings and natural characteristics of materials.
3.2 Many of our products are made from natural materials such as stone, wood or metal. Variations in colour, texture, veining, and finish are inherent to these materials and are not considered defects.
3.3 Minor deviations from product descriptions, images or specifications do not entitle the customer to cancellation, replacement or compensation, unless required by law.
3.4 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and Formation of Agreement
4.1 By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product.
4.2 An automatic order confirmation email only confirms receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of that offer.
4.3 An agreement is only concluded when we explicitly accept the order or when the product is dispatched.
4.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance in cases including, but not limited to:
- pricing errors or manifest mistakes
- incorrect or incomplete product information
- incorrect shipping costs
- product unavailability
- suspected misuse or fraud
4.5 If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the full amount paid will be refunded without undue delay.

5. Prices and Errors
5.1 All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Despite our best efforts, errors may occur in pricing, product descriptions, availability or shipping costs.
5.3 Obvious or manifest errors, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, technical malfunctions or system errors, are not binding.
5.4 In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust or cancel the order accordingly, even after an order has been placed.

6. Payment
6.1 Payment must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout.
6.2 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel processing of an order until full payment has been received and verified.

7. Shipping, Delivery and Lead Times
7.1 Delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed.
7.2 Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation, unless required by law.
7.3 Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
7.4 Delivery is made to the front door at ground level unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Installation, assembly, unpacking or removal of packaging is not included.
7.5 The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment the product is delivered to the customer or a third party designated by the customer.

8. Shipping Costs and International Delivery
8.1 Shipping costs are displayed during checkout or communicated separately where applicable.
8.2 If shipping costs are incorrectly calculated due to a technical or system error, we reserve the right to correct these costs before accepting the order.
8.3 For deliveries outside the European Union, including but not limited to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and any other local charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Inspection and Damage
9.1 The customer is expected to inspect the product upon delivery.
9.2 Any visible damage or defects should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours, including photographic evidence.
9.3 Failure to report visible damage in a timely manner may affect the handling of the claim, without prejudice to statutory rights.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
10.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable law.
10.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer receives the product.
10.3 Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including custom-made or personalised products, as permitted by law.

11. Liability
11.1 We are only liable for direct damages resulting from a breach of our obligations, to the extent required by applicable law.
11.2 To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.
