SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE
We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe, including Switzerland and UK. This means no extra costs at checkout — the price you see is the final price you pay.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. For orders outside of Europe, shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME
All orders are processed with care. If the item is in stock, delivery within the EU usually takes 2 to 5 business days. For overseas destinations, delivery typically takes 7 to 16 business days. It is possible that some items are not in stock at the moment. We will contact you about the estimated date of shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and courier handling.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE ARRIVAL
Delivery is made up to the front door. We work with external delivery companies that do not carry items inside the home, into apartments above ground floor level, or install products. You are, of course, free to arrange this yourself with the carrier if possible and needed.
