SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE
We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe, including Switzerland and the UK. This means no additional shipping costs at checkout. The price you see is the final price you pay.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. For orders outside of Europe, shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
DELIVERY TIME
All orders are handled with care and attention.
- In-stock items within the EU: delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days
- Overseas destinations: delivery usually takes 7 to 16 business days
Some items may not be in stock at the time of ordering. In such cases, we will contact you with an estimated shipment date.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, customs procedures, and courier handling.
STANDARD DELIVERY & HANDLING
Our standard delivery service includes delivery of your order up to the front door.
This service does not include:
- Carrying items inside the home
- Delivery to apartments above ground floor level
- Installation or assembly
- Removal or return of packaging materials
For larger or heavier furniture pieces, delivery may take place on a pallet to ensure safe transport. Pallets and packaging materials are not taken back by the carrier as part of standard delivery.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY (OPTIONAL)
For customers who prefer additional support, we offer white glove delivery as an optional service. Depending on location and product type, this may include in-home delivery, placement, and removal of packaging materials.
White glove delivery is not included by default. Please contact us prior to ordering or shortly after placing your order to discuss availability, details, and pricing.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
