SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE
We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe, including Switzerland. This means no extra costs at checkout — the price you see is the final price you pay. Please note that we do not currently offer free shipping to the United Kingdom.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. For orders outside of Europe, shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed with care. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and courier handling.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
