We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. You can register your return below in a few simple steps.
Return guidelines
- The item is returned within 14 days after delivery
- The product is returned in its original and undamaged condition
- All accessories, screws and parts are included
- The original product packaging remains undamaged
- No tape or shipping labels are applied directly onto the original product box
- The original product box is packed inside an additional outer shipping box
- The completed return form is included inside the package
To ensure a full refund can be processed, we kindly ask you to return the product carefully and in full.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to return your item

- Download and print your return form
- Place the return form inside the package
- Carefully repack the item in its original packaging
- Always place the original packaging inside an outer box
- Send your return to the address below.
Once received and inspected by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after inspection. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time before the amount is visible in your account.
Items not eligible for return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Made-to-measure or custom products
- Outlet items
- Gift cards
