The CHELSEA Table Lamp is crafted from Calacatta Viola Vagli marble, also known as Bulgary marble: a rare Italian stone with a white ground and distinctive violet-purple veining. When lit, the light passes through the marble and illuminates the natural veining from within, making the veining pattern as much a part of the lamp's character as the light it produces. Each piece of marble is unique and your lamp will differ from the product images in veining intensity and distribution.
It is well priced for a lamp in this material, particularly given that the Bulgary marble wall lamps and ceiling pieces in the collection start at similar or higher price points. Suited to bedside tables, sideboards, and consoles where a rare stone accent at lamp level is the design intention.
