Shipping & Returns
- Free shipping within the EU. For deliveries to the UK and Switzerland, shipping costs are calculated separately after checkout based on the size and destination of the order.
- Our collection includes both in-stock and small-batch produced pieces. When available in our warehouse, delivery within the EU typically takes 2 to 5 business days. If additional preparation time is required, we will inform you shortly after ordering.
- Orders can be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Our standard shipping goes up to the front door and does not return any packaging material (white glove delivery optional).
- Heavy furniture is delivered on a pallet.

Our collection consists of a combination of in-stock pieces and items that are produced or finished in small batches. When an item is available in our warehouse, delivery within the EU typically takes 2 to 5 business days. For overseas destinations, delivery usually takes 7 to 16 business days. Some pieces may require additional preparation time. In those cases, we will always contact you shortly after placing your order with a more precise delivery indication.
Our standard delivery service includes delivery of your order up to the front door. Please note that this service does not include removal of packaging materials. This applies to all packaging, including any pallets used for the transport of larger or heavier furniture pieces.
